The problem
Monthly reporting requires consistent date and number handling across multiple departmental sources.
My contribution
Built a button-triggered flow that reads source rows, normalises values, groups by month, computes departmental metrics and upserts monthly records for dashboard charts.

Engineering decisions
Kept row-level normalisation separate from aggregation, guarded missing dates and values, and used month-keyed upserts so reruns update records rather than duplicate them.
