The problem

Deploying a private application involves more than starting a service: source versions, access and incomplete operations need to remain understandable.

My contribution

Built a deployment control-plane project connecting source, managed hosting and controlled access, including rollback and operation recovery.

Engineering decisions

Track exact source revisions and model long-running operations explicitly, so recovery can be deliberate rather than a blind repeat.

Outcome & current status

Implemented and later archived after insufficient audience validation. It was never publicly or commercially launched.

Scope & limitations

Founder tests are not customer adoption. Wider runtime and account-transfer support are not claimed.
